Sticky Rice is more than a weekend, it’s a sweaty, sunburnt love letter to gay Asian bears & admirers. Below you’ll find the schedule for September 26–28 at Casa Oliver in Palm Springs, your roadmap to poolside mischief, desert sun, and plenty of good company.

How It Works
Weekend Passes: If you are not staying at Casa Oliver, passes are available at the Casa Oliver lobby for a special rate of $35 cash if you register here by September 18th; otherwise you may be required to pay the normal rate of $60. (ATM onsite)
What it covers: Friday, Saturday (Sticky Rice programming)
What it doesn’t cover: Sunday (Casa Oliver’s Loverboy Sundays $40)

We have a suggested donation of $20 (Venmo: @vic_redux)
Donations enter you into our Supporter Raffle with chances to win big prizes.
Everyone is also included in our Wildcard Raffle — no donation required.
Check in with our friendly staff at a poolside table.
Waivers, wristbands, raffle tickets given here.
Raffle draw: Saturday 7:00 PM at Casa Oliver (Must be present to win).
Flex Vibes: All events are come-and-go. If things feel packed, the pool or maze is always waiting.
Photos: Always ask first. Respect, consent, and good vibes only.
Questions?: Look for someone with a red wristband and they’ll be happy to help.
Tips for a Good Time
Hydrate: Palm Springs heat is no joke. Forecasted to be 100 Degrees.
Sunscreen: Reapply sunscreen often — the desert sun hits harder than you think.
Footwear Tip: The concrete gets hot. Slippers are a must for walking around Casa Oliver.
Lock: Bring a lock so you can stash your stuff safely in a locker if you’re not staying at the resort.
Towel: Pack your own towel — it’ll save you from renting one at Casa Oliver.
Safety: See something? Say something. Let the crew know.
